Refund policy
Returns
We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, in its original packaging. You'll also need proof of purchase.
To start a return, email support@mymodernpet.shop. We'll send return instructions once your return is approved.
Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us immediately if anything is damaged, defective, or wrong. We'll make it right.
Claims for damaged, defective, or misprinted items must be submitted within 30 days of receipt. For packages lost in transit, claims must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
Non-returnable items
We can't accept returns on sale items, gift cards, custom or personalized products, or personal care goods.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different size or color is to return the item you have and place a new order once your return is approved.
EU 14-day cooling off period
If your order ships to the European Union, you have 14 days to cancel or return for any reason. Item must be unworn, unused, with tags, in original packaging, with proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know if your refund was approved. If approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, email support@mymodernpet.shop.
Wrongly ordered sizes or buyer's remorse may not be eligible for refunds.
