Shipping. Orders ship from the US within 24 to 48 hours, Monday through Friday. Free US shipping over $75. Under $75 is $6.95 standard, 3 to 4 business days, or $32 expedited, 1 to 2 business days. International shipping is currently available to the United Kingdom, with USPS rates calculated at checkout. You will get a tracking email once your order ships.
Returns. Thirty days from delivery. Try the gear, and if it does not earn its spot on the hook, send it back in resalable condition, clean and with no visible wear. Email support@mymodernpet.shop to start a return, and wait for approval before shipping anything back. You cover return shipping for a change of mind, and we cover it if the gear arrived damaged, defective, or wrong. Approved refunds go to your original payment method within 10 business days. Sale items, gift cards, and custom products cannot be returned.
